SIMON FARNABY

Spending your formative years in the cab of a tractor may not be the most conventional route to a career in comedy, but Simon Farnaby wouldn’t have it any other way. The tranquility of grass cutting and the torture of night-ploughing have combined to make him what he is today, a man of visions. Lessons Learned Driving A Tractor is Farnaby’s debut solo show to hit the Fringe, grappling with the big questions thrown up by life on a secluded farm: can hedges talk? what do horses dream of? How do you hide a rainbow if need be? Where are all the girls? Simon Farnaby is a Comedy Lounge favourite of old, franternising as he does with the likes of Oram & Meeten and Ealing Live. Lessons Learned Driving A Tractor is set to not only unleash Farnaby’s talent to the world, but also his devastating new look: farmer-pimp-chic. Try to concentrate on the talent.
